Welcome to one of the greatest canoeing experiences in the world!
I belong to the team that provides the safety cover along the tideway (the tidal part of the race) and you will ususally see us from Hamersmith Bridge onwards.
Are you doing the stages or the all in one?
Give us a wave or a nod and don't forget that when you see us you are almost there :-)
