1999 Rules...
All the locks on the Kennet and Avon Canal and those on the River Thames must be portaged on the towpath side of the lock except where otherwise shown in the following diagrams and by no other route (Rule 1). These have been agreed with the British Waterways Board and the Environment Agency (NRA). Engineering work is often being performed on the course.

Any changes will be posted at the start or in the D.W. Newsletter.
